My appreciation for investing in real-estate
is grounded by a strong philosophical view. Please allow me to share this view as well as my overall
perspective. I hope you will be encouraged by what I have to offer and hope to hear from you soon

Our possessions, primarily livestock and land determined the measure of great success and wealth
from the beginning of time. Abraham (Biblical Speaking) was a perfect example of this.
He owned lots of land and cattle and was considered to be one of the wealthiest and most influential
men of his time. Today, the measure of financial success and achievement is still in direct proportion
to the things we own and posses. Ironically, this has not changed in thousands of years and it has always
remained constant in time.
Study the History of Successful Empires and you will see that many battles have been fought for
the primary purpose to protect, or to expand territorial boundaries and obtain property rights.
Throughout history everything from minds containing natural resources, minerals, precious stones,
gems and diamonds, to oil fields, vineyards, and farms, cities, states and even entire countries
have been acquired and then governed by those who posses the real estate.
Those who possess control the wealth. Let's look at Bermuda as an example. The descendants of
those who first settled the land in this paradise island have strong influence within its entire
economic system. Over the years, wise investors have come to the realization that one of the most
proven ways of gaining true, long-term wealth is through real estate. More and more investors are
realizing this faster than ever before and as a result billions of dollars are shifting from products
created by man, such as stocks, bonds, annuities, etc., and are being placed into historically proven
investments such as real estate.
The wealthiest people you know own real estate in some fashion, or another and perhaps lots of
it. There are basically two ways that they have acquired it, either by investing, or by inheritance.
Either way, the opportunity in gaining wealth by investing in real estate has not changed. The fact
is real estate values consistently appreciate over time throughout the world and millions more will
continue to become wealthy. Many stocks will rise and many will fall and products and corporations
will come and go, the wheel will continue to turn, but land and most all real estate will always
remain and will continue to grow in value.
Investing in Real Estate in highly desired areas, particularly in oceanfront, mountains and
lakes and in some major cities has proven to be the best and most secured investment of all times
and it will always remain this way. This inspired me to form a co-operative investment group that
would enable a limited few to participate in real estate investment opportunities. As an investment
group, my objective is to identify the best real estate investments within certain demographic areas
and have the capital in place to perform the acquisition. Once the acquisition is complete my goal
is to improve, develop or sell the property for much higher yields. There are basically three ways
to approach this process, one: is alone, two: is with the help of a bank or institution, three: is by
forming an LLC, LLP, TIC, or LTD, (registered company entities with limited forms of ownership or
partnership). I have learned that in order to achieve more development opportunities at a faster
pace by offering limited partnerships has some advantages; henceforth a capital investment program
has been created.
