Salisbury Village (Urban Development):

Yates development is currently developing a 356,000 square foot mix use urban development (A City within a City) that incorporates retail, restaurants, banking, medical and professional offices and two hundred residential living units.

The development, Salisbury Village, is located in the town of Salisbury North Carolina which is on the outskirts of Charlotte North Carolina. The development has entered into phase two of its construction which is on schedule to be completed in year 2008.

Yates Development has begun its final planning for its first resort on 60 pristine ocean front acres in Grand Turk, the capital of the famous Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies.

This exclusive resort is scheduled to begin in 2007; it will consist of an enclave of ocean front homes, luxury private vacation villas, branded hotel, yacht club, casino, and marina that will support up to 150 foot yachts.
