Yates Development has purchased and has begun planning and launching its first resort on 60 ocean front acres in Grand Turk, the capital of the Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies.This exclusive resort is schedule to begin in 2007; it will consist of an enclave of ocean front homes, vacation villas, branded hotel, yacht club and marina. This development is being developed partnership and in tandem with a US developer and international firm.

Yates Development has purchased one of the most prestigious oceanfront lots in Bombarra, Middle Caicos Island, British West Indies and will soon begin planning a luxury "get lost" dream villa.

Mountains-Yates Development is currently pursuing large tracts of land within the North Carolina Mountains primarily located within the Blue Ridge Mountains, or in its close proximity. We are currently performing advance studies for developing in these demographic areas, to absorption rates, product demand, buying cycles, we are running quantitative and qualitative analytic models on various sites.

Lakes-We are currently seeking large tracks of land surrounded by bodies of water on lakes primarily within North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee.

We have identified and have begun planning one large track of waterfront land on Lake Norman just minutes outside Charlotte North Carolina. We anticipate developing an upper-end waterfront home community in the near future in tandem with its property owner.
