Lane’s Early Years

Lane Yates began his real estate investing and development career in 1989 shortly after graduating with a Civil Engineering Degree from Central Piedmont Community College, Charlotte North Carolina.

Lane's passion for real estate and construction began at very early age while working alongside his father-John Yates. "My father taught me a high degree of both practical and theoretical knowledge of the construction industry; I accredit him as the one who influenced me to pursue construction, which ultimately lead me into developing and investing in real estate”.

Those that know Lane, often say that he is a true visionary in his field and that everything he touches turns to Gold. Mr. Yates has traveled around the world doing deals and is destined to become a recognized name among the new breed of real estate tycoons.

Lane and his family reside on Lake Norman in Cornelius / Charlotte North Carolina. He is a licensed North Carolina real estate agent, a registered North Carolina real estate broker and a North Carolina licensed General Contractor.
