Yates Development will soon announce its first 501-C3, a non profit organization designed to assist disabled veterans and surviving members who have lost loved ones due to war.

Lane served in the U.S. military during peacetime and was fortunate not to have experienced war, or conflict, his wife (Sunisay Seav) was not as fortunate. Sunisay and her immediate family escaped free from a concentration camp in Cambodia and managed to avoid being taking to the killing fields during the Khmer Rouge regime. Both their hearts reach out to those that have experienced the horrors and traumas of war.
