A field of points that gathers from a loose cloud into floating panes, then into a contoured terrain where a few parcels lift and light up green. Small blue dots then draw a ring and a rising beam of light on each parcel; the tallest beam lights up blue.
Scout
A proprietary artificial intelligence algorithm for real estate.
Land data is scattered.
Endless layers, spread across counties, maps and formats.
Scout reads it as one surface.
Every layer, seen at once, becomes one picture.
Finds the sites that fit.
It narrows to exact matches, and owners ready to sell.
Then underwrites every deal.
Each one is modeled end to end. The best rises.
